The state of Virginia requires a Photo ID and Proof of Age and Residency, such as a current Virginia Driver's License, or a DMV-issued Photo  ID.

A Professional Nurse Practitioner will obtain and evaluate your medical history and decide if you qualify for a Medical Cannabis Certificate in Virginia. If you qualify, you will receive a certificate from the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (VCCA) by email.
