A Medical Cannabis Evaluation is quick and simple. It can be conducted by Telehealth or In-Person. No referral is needed.
The state of Virginia requires a Photo ID and Proof of Age and Residency.
This can be a valid Virginia Driver's License, or a DMV-issued Virginia ID.
A Professional Nurse Practitioner will obtain and evaluate your medical history and decide if you qualify for a Medical Cannabis Certificate in Virginia. If you do qualify, a signed certificate will be issued at the time of the appointment.

A Medical Cannabis Card from the state of Virginia is no longer required in Virginia. All you need is a certificate from a state licensed medical professional such as Clinic420
At the time of the appointment, please have ready your photo ID & proof of residency (drivers license or DMV-issued photo ID), your medical history, and your current medication list.

A Cannabis Coaching appointment is quick and simple. It is conducted by Telehealth or In-Person and takes about 30 minutes.
No referral is needed.

If you are not purchasing a Medical Cannabis Certificate, a basic history will be obtained at the appointment.
Your first step is an evaluation by a state licensed cannabis provider such as the Nurse Practitioners at Clinic420. If you qualify, they will issue a Virginia Medical Cannabis Certification at the appointment.
Only Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and Physician Assistants who hold a valid Medical Cannabis License issued by the Virginia Department of Health Profession can evaluate for and sign a Virginia Medical Cannabis Certification.
State licensed Medical Cannabis dispensaries are located across the state.
An updated dispensary list will be given to you at the time of the appointment.
